Basser Kaufman Signs LA Fitness to 34,000-Square-Foot Lease in New Jersey

Aberdeen, N.J. — Basser Kaufman has signed LA Fitness to a 34,000-square-foot lease at Aberdeen Plaza in Aberdeen, New Jersey.

The 74,941-square-foot shopping center is situated 20 miles south of Staten Island, New York. LA Fitness is expected to move into the space in the spring. Michael Horne of CBRE and John Kalamaris of RealSource Partners represented LA Fitness in the transaction.
