Gonzales, Tex. – Action Properties will redevelop a 60,000-square-foot former Walmart into a shopping center named Gonzales Marketplace, located 60 miles south of Austin, Tex., 70 miles east of San Antonio and 130 miles west of Houston. The center will be anchored by a Bealls department store. Other tenants will include Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sports, AT&T, Aaron’s and more. Action Properties’ portfolio now includes 27 properties in 10 states. The redevelopment will be completed in August.
