Bear, Del. – Giant Food Store and Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse anchor Eden Square Shopping Center.
Bear, Del. – CBRE Inc. has brokered the sale of Eden Square Shopping Center in Bear. A platform joint venture between affiliates of Baltimore-based MCB Real Estate LLC and Acadia Realty Trust purchased the 235,508-square-foot shopping center from Forty/Seven Partners for $25.3 million, according to New Castle County real estate records. Giant Food Store and Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse anchor the center. Kevin McClernon of CBRE and George Schmitt of Bellevue Holdings represented the seller in the transaction.
