Jupiter, Fla. – The restaurant's concept encompasses 5,900 square feet with outdoor seating.

Laguna Hills, Calif. – The Village was originally built in the 1980s and now includes approximately 88,000 square feet of retail.

Fort Worth, Texas – The shopping center already features more than 130 retailers, restaurants and entertainment options.

New York – The construction financing follows an initial $38 million acquisition loan provided by Madison Realty in December 2013, which brings the total financing package from MRC to $70 million.

Salt Lake City – The three properties total approximately 1.8 million square feet.
