Sevierville, Tenn. — RealtyLink LLC, Vannoy Construction and architect Cor3 Design, have announced the groundbreaking of the $25 million River Landing project, a 175,000-square-foot planned shopping center located in Sevierville.
Eight national retailers anchor the center situated on a 16-acre site at the site of the Old Reel Theatre. A signalized entrance provides direct access to the eight retailers. Phase 1 is slated for completion September 2015, while Phase 2 is estimated for completion in February 2016.
