Houston – The sale generated multiple offers from both local and out-of-market investors.


Redlands, Calif. – The 468,000-square-foot Phase I development is the sister project to Citrus Plaza, and will add an additional 200,000 square feet at full build-out.

El Paso, Texas – The store will be located in The Promenade, the center's lifestyle area on the lower level, and be two stories and 22,000 square feet.

Denton, Texas – The center has been undergoing a major renovation and redevelopment that has added new exterior entrances, landscaping, signage, a new center court and more.

New York – There is 18,000 square feet of retail space remaining before the center's mid-summer opening.

Sandy Springs, Ga. – The center sold at full price within one week of going to market.
