Nashua, N.H. – Whole Foods Market has signed a 20-year lease to anchor the center and will open this summer.

Ruskin and Largo, Fla. – Mike Milano and Ron Schultz represented the sellers in the transactions.

Atlanta and Lexington, Ky. – Thomas Enterprises of Newnan, Georgia, developed both centers.

Palm Coast, Fla. – Branch, in conjunction with Michael Collard Properties, acquired the 28.7-acre site in May from Chicago-based The Inland Real Estate Group.

West Bend, Wis. – Built in 2011, Pick 'n Save Shopping Center provides the approximately 45,000 residents within a five-mile radius access to a 69,886-square-foot grocery store.
