The Doughnut Plant Signs Lease in New York

New York – The space will be the second home of The Doughnut Plant’s production.

New York – The Doughnut Plant, a New York-based, handmade doughnut shop, has signed a lease for 8,495 square feet on the concourse level of the five-story, 620,000-square-foot, mixed-use Falchi Building in Long Island City. The space will be the second home of The Doughnut Plant’s production—expanding from 4,000 square feet on Grand Street in the Lower East Side—along with a front-facing retail component. Cushman and Wakefield represented landlord Jamestown and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented The Doughnut Plant.
