Sterling Organization Buys Roswell Village Shopping Center near Atlanta for $10.6 Million

Roswell, Ga. – The occupancy of the center is currently 31 percent.

Roswell, Ga. – Sterling Organization ha acquired Roswell Village Shopping Center in Roswell, a suburb 20 miles north of Atlanta. The property was purchased via the firm’s institutional fund Sterling Value Add Partners II LP, for $10.6 million in an off-market transaction. Roswell Village Shopping Center is a 145,082-square-foot shopping center located at the southwest corner of Highway 9 and Holcomb Bridge Road. National tenants at the center include Goodyear, Pizza Hut, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Curves. The center’s occupancy is currently 31 percent. Roswell Village Shopping Center was originally developed in 1973.
