Konover South Buys Yamato Crossing in Florida for $13 Million

Boca Raton, Fla. – Konover South LLC has closed its $13 million acquisition of the 28,000-square-foot Yamato Crossing retail center in Boca Raton. A freestanding 10,908-square-foot CVS Health anchors the 92 percent occupied-center and a 4,200-square-foot Panera Bread, other local tenants, as well as a Regions Bank ground-lease outparcel.
