Orlando and Fernandina Beach, Fla. — The two properties include Millenia Crossing and Shops at Amelia Market.

Atlanta — The portfolio totals 507,668 square feet.

Austin, Texas — Whole Foods Market anchors the fully occupied center.

Scarsdale, N.Y. — Midway Shopping Center is anchored by ShopRite.

Grand Prairie and Fort Worth, Texas — The two properties include Carrier Towne Crossing and Southwest Crossing.

Slidell, La. — The center will open in the second quarter of 2014.

Eden Prairie, Minn. — The acquisition will include 877 stores for $100 million, plus more than $3.3 billion in debt.

San Diego, Calif. — Regency Centers Corp. has acquired the 148,638-square-foot center.

Old Bridge, N.J. — Woodhaven Plaza is the retail component of Woodhaven Village.
