Evanston, Ill. — The net-zero energy store will produce equal or greater energy than it consumes.

Panama City Beach, Fla. — The 360,000-square-foot center will open in spring 2014.

Industry, Calif. — Sycamore Partners will take Hot Topic private for $14 per share.

Monroeville, Ala. — The $4.5 million center will include 40,000 square feet of retail.

Miami — The eight properties total 629,060 square feet.

Irvine, Calif. — The properties include one Kohl's ground lease, six net-leased Wendy's restaurants and a Circle K property.

Chicago — Gateway to the West Loop and Ravenswood Station include a total of 430,000 square feet.

Pittsburgh — The 500,000-square-foot center will open in 2014.

Austin, Texas — The new locations will be located in Los Angeles, Riverside, Ventura and San Bernardino counties.

New York City — The dining terrace will be complete in January 2014.
