Brainerd, Minn. — After starting two build-outs at The Watergate Mall in S.D., Lexington Realty has retained Eidco once again to complete an interior fit-out at the Westgate Mall in Brainerd, Minn.

Downey, Calif. — Tierra Luna Marketplace will offer 1.5 million square feet of retail when complete in spring 2014.

Raleigh, N.C. — Crabtree Valley Mall offers 1.35 million square feet of retail.

Pittsburgh — Dick's Sporting Goods plans to open a specialty running retail store, True Runner, in Pittsburgh later this summer.

Scottsdale, Ariz. — The 248,322-square-foot center is 82 percent leased.

Huntsville, Ala. — The lifestyle center is part of a mixed-use project located in the 4,000-acre Cummings Research Park.

Gambrills, Md. — The 137,000-square-foot Target, which anchors the center, opened in March.

Beaver Falls & Waynesburg, Pa. — The two centers offer 287,000 square feet of retail.

Wall Township, N.J. — The company re-built the neighborhood center's structure in three stages.
