Gambrills, Md. — The 137,000-square-foot Target, which anchors the center, opened in March.

Wall Township, N.J. — The company re-built the neighborhood center's structure in three stages.

Baltimore; Woodbridge, N.J. — These locations will add to Boscov's presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Port Richey, Fla. — A 100,000-square-foot building will be retrofitted for the new Burlington Coat Factory and hhgregg.

Portland, Ore. — This is the second Lowe's added to Agree Realty's portfolio.

Miami — The site is 31 acres in Miami's Fontainbleau area.
