Cleveland — The center opened in January 2007.

Phoenix — The mixed-use CityCenter of CityNorth includes retail, office space and condominium units.

Dallas — The Plaza at Preston Center is located the Park Cities submarket of Dallas.

North Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Barefoot Landing was built in 1988 surrounding a 27-acre lake.

Playa Vista, Calif. — Runway will include 221,000 square feet of retail and will open in late 2014.

Essex, Vt. — Cochran will also head the company's new tenant representation division.
