Nebraska Crossing Outlets Holds Grand Opening

NebraskaCrossingNLGretna, Neb. — The 350,000-square-foot Nebraska Crossing Outlets, which was developed by OTB Destination LLC, has opened in Gretna. The $112 million project is situated 20 miles southwest of Omaha at the intersection of I-80, Highway 6 and Highway 31.

The development features more than 70 tenants, including Eddie Bauer Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Tommy Bahama, Cole Haan Outlet, J.Crew Outlet and Coach Factory Store.

Nebraska Crossing Outlets also includes a center courtyard and additional public spaces. The design is a modern interpretation of rural Nebraskan architecture, according to Cleveland-based ka, which provided planning and design services for the project. The company collaborated with Avant Architects of Omaha.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
