Regency Centers Completes Development of Grand Ridge Plaza

GrandRidgePlazaNLIssaquah, Wash. — Regency Centers has finished the development of the 325,325-square-foot Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah. In total, Regency has invested $90 million in the construction of the project. The center is anchored by Safeway, Marshalls, HomeGoods and a 12-screen Regal Cinemas that opened in July.

Grand Ridge Plaza is already 98 percent leased and features more than 35 shops, as well as 14 restaurants and cafes. Additional tenants include ULTA Beauty, Dick's Sporting Goods, Wells Fargo, Opal Boutique and PinkaBella Cupcakes. The center will host its grand opening celebration Nov. 16-17.

Regency Centers broke ground on the project in June 2012. The company develops and operates neighborhood grocery-anchored centers, including 18 in Oregon and Washington.
