Market Street - The Woodlands Secures New Tenants

market street woodlandsHouston — Three new tenants will open this fall at Trademark Property Co.'s Market Street - The Woodlands project. Market Street - The Woodlands is a mixed-use development in north Houston that includes more than 80 retailers. Kate Spade will open a 1,907-square-foot store at the property. In addition to Kate Spade, Lucky Brand and Vineyard Vines will open 2,500-square-foot and 3,719-square-foot locations, respectively. Over the past year, many new tenants have opened at Market Street - The Woodlands, including Madewell, Calypso St. Barth, Michael Kors and Elaine Turner.

Trademark Property Co. is a Fort Worth-based real estate development, investment and services firm. The company has invested in or developed more than 10 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties since 1992.
