| AAG Management Sells 500 Chestnut Ridge Road for $29 Million |

Woodcliff Lake, N.J. — New York City-based AAG Management Inc. has sold 500 Chestnut Ridge Road, a 70,000-square-foot grocery-anchored center in Woodcliff Lake, for $29 million. A private entity purchased the asset for $414 per square foot. The fully leased property is anchored by A&P Supermarket and was renovated in 2011. Jose Cruz, Andrew Scandalios, Kevin O'Hearn, Jeffrey Julien and Michael Oliver of HFF represented the seller in the transaction.More Latest News
