King Harbor Plaza Sells for $3.9 Million

King Harbor was built in 1954 and renovated this year.Redondo Beach, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of the 13,097-square-foot King Harbor Plaza in Redondo Beach for approximately $3.9 million, or $299 per square foot.

The retail strip center is located within an Albertsons-anchored shopping center. The fully occupied property was built in 1954 and renovated this year.

Tenants include Style Rage, New Tokyo Restaurant, Hair & Nails and United Studios Karate. Eric Wohl and Kevin Fryman of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, a private investor from Oakland, Calif. Paul Bonanno and Jeff Ramsay of Encinitas, Calif.-based Net Leased Real Properties represented the San Francisco-based buyer.
