Primestor Development To Break Ground Tomorrow

South Gate, Calif. — Primestor Development will break ground on the 380,000-square-foot azalea Regional Shopping Center in South Gate on Sept. 15. In 2010, Primestor acquired the 32-acre site, which was an Ameron pipe manufacturing facility until 2005, through one of its investment vehicle urban opportunity funds. The open-air plaza will be complete by early 2014 and include water features, Wi-Fi and several gathering areas.
