Plymouth, Wis. — Agree has sold Plymouth Commons, a 162,031-square-foot shopping center to RCG Ventures Fund II. The grocery-anchored center is situated on approximately 17 acres. Tenants include Pick 'n Save, Kmart, Dollar Tree and GNC. Kyle Matthews of Marcus & Millichap represented RCG Ventures in the transaction.
