| Two Florida Retail Properties Sell for $3.25 Million |

North Miami, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.25 million sale of two net-leased retail properties in North Miami. The property was renovated in 2010 for the tenants, T-Mobile and Smoothie King, who signed 7-year and 5-year leases in 2011, respectively. Drew Kristol and Kirk Olsen with Marcus & Millichap's Miami office represented the seller, a Miami Beach-based limited liability company.More Latest News
