Jones Lang LaSalle will Lease and Manage Maryland Center

centreatglenburnieWEBGlen Burnie, Md.  — Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing and management of the 419,858-square-foot Centre at Glen Burnie, a shopping center near Baltimore. Target, hhgregg, Office Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods and Toys "R" Us anchor the center, which is 85 percent leased. Additional tenants include Chick-fil-A, FootLocker, GNC, Payless ShoeSource, Radio Shack, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Famous Footwear and DOTS.

Jones Lang LaSalle Retail manages the largest third-party retail portfolio in the country, including 94 million square feet at more than 300 regional centers, strip centers, power centers, lifestyle centers, ground-up development projects, mixed-use centers, transportation terminals and more than 9,000 retail ATM's and bank branches.
