A rendering of the 1 million-square-foot Hudson Lights.Fort Lee, N.J.  — Tucker Development Corp. has received plan approval from the Fort Lee Borough Planning Board for the 1 million-square-foot Hudson Lights, located on more than eight acres in downtown Fort Lee. Hudson Lights is the western portion of a 16-acre site adjacent to the George Washington Bridge. The mixed-use development will feature 165,000 square feet of retail, 477 residential units, a 175-room hotel, an office building and 1,200 parking spaces. Construction will begin fall 2012 and be completed by summer 2014. Robert K. Futterman & Associates will market the retail space.
