O&S Holdings Sells 603,000-square-foot Alabama Center

 The 603,000-square-foot Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville.Huntsville, Ala. — MCA has acquired the 603,000-square-foot Bridge Street Town Centre in the 4,000-acre Cummings Research Park in Huntsville. The lifestyle center is anchored by a 14-screen Monaco Pictures and Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us. Other tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Barnes & Noble and ULTA.
The lifestyle center is part of a mixed-use project that includes 74 residential units, a 210-room hotel and a six-story office building. Adam Howells and David Disney of UCR Investment Sales represented the seller, O&S Holdings, in the transaction.
