Konover South And Argate Properties Partnership Will Develop Two Retail Stores
|

Port Richey, Fla. — A partnership of Konover South, LLC, Deerfield Beach, and Argate Properties, Inc., Miami Beach, will be developing a 65,000-square-foot Burlington Coat Factory and 25,000-square-foot hhgregg adjacent to Gulf View Square Mall in Port Richey. KSH Argate Port Richey, LLC acquired an existing 100,000-square-foot building on May 16, which it will retrofit for the two new stores. Construction on the $4.5 million project will be complete on October 1.
