RCG Completes Retail Redevelopment in North Carolina

Gastonia, N.C. — RCG Ventures has completed the redevelopment of a Carolina Harley-Davidson center into a 55,000-square-foot build-to-suit retail space combining Toys"R'"Us and Babies"'R"Us under one roof. Working with Catamount Construction, the project took six months to complete, and the stores held a grand opening on April 27. RCG's primary acquisition focus is anchored shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
