New Haven Aldi-Anchored Center Sells for $7.5 Million

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Longford Associates of White Plains, N.Y., has purchased a grocery-anchored shopping center for approximately $7.5 million from Krypac Development LLC.
Aldi Supermarkets is the grocer, which purchased 16,706 square feet for the store from Krypac in 2007. Edward Jordan, managing director of Northeast Private Client Group, represented the buyer and the seller.
The center is 90 percent occupied. The price equates to $230 per square foot, which represents a capitalization rate of 7.7 percent.
