The Wilder Companies to Lease and Manage Two Shopping Centers

 The Shops at Valley Square.Boston — The Wilder Companies will now be responsible for leasing and managing The Shops at Valley Square in Warrington, Pa., and Somerset Square in Glastonbury, Conn.
The Shops at Valley Square is part of a 140-acre mixed-use development that includes office, retail and residential. The shopping center is a 300,000-square-foot pedestrian-oriented center with tenants including P.F. Chang's, Banana Republic, and White House-Black Market.
Somerset Square is 112,00 square feet leased to Stop & Shop, Barnes & Noble, Hallmark and J. Gilbert's Wood Fired Steaks and Seafood.
