Colonies Crossroads Shopping Center Adds Retailers in Final Phase

Upland, Calif. — Colonies Partners and Pacific Development Group have begun the last phase of construction on a 1 million-square-foot community center that will include Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Toys and Babies R Us, Tilly's Clothing, G Stage and a future anchor tenant. The 200,000-square-foot phase will also include restaurants and other tenants.
The new retailers join existing tenants Target, Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Office Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods, Albertson's, L.A. Fitness and The Home Depot. The new phase will be complete in the first quarter of 2013. Studley Retail is handling the leasing.
