Retail Connection and North American Development Group Buy DFW-area Community Center

Dallas  — The Retail Connection and North American Development Group have purchased Towne Centre Plaza, a 94,109-square-foot property across from Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas. The center was built in 2002 on approximately 9 acres and features Bed Bath & Beyond and Best Buy as tenants. Negotiations are underway to fill the 23,000-square-foot vacancy with a national tenant, which would bring the center to 100 percent occupancy.
