Harvey Lindsay Brokers Two 7-Eleven Sales

harveylindsay711WEBHarvey Lindsay recently sold this 7-Eleven on Eden Way in Chesapeake, Va.Hampton Roads, Va. — Newport News, Va.-based Harvey Lindsay's Joseph Pietrafesa II, has recently brokered the sale of two 7-Eleven ground leases in the Hampton Roads area.

 

A property at 713 Eden Way in Chesapeake, Va., sold for $1.75 million to a California-based exchange buyer. The seller was a private entity who developed the property, which is backed by a corporate 7-Eleven lease.

 

A second 7-Eleven property at 5827 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., in Norfolk, Va., sold for $1.95 million to an individual investor. The store is located at the entrance to Norfolk's Military Circle Shopping Center.
