Comras To Lease Shops of Pembroke Gardens

The Comras Company has assumed leasing for The Shops at Pembroke Gardens.Pembroke Pines, Fla. — Miami Beach, Fla.-based The Comras Company has been awarded the leasing contract for The Shops of Pembroke Gardens, a 400,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center in Pembroke Pines, Fla., by owner Duke Realty. The center is anchored by The Cheesecake Factory, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, BCBG, Hollister and Brio. The center is currently 93 percent leased.
