Westwood Financial Sells Olive Square

Glendale, Ariz. — Westwood Financial Corporation has sold Olive Square, an 86,225-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Glendale, to North Am westwoodOliveSquareWEB North American Realty purchased Olive Square from Westwood Financial for $6.3 million.erican Realty Acquisition Corporation for $6.3 million.

Olive Square is currently 92 percent leased with tenants like Fry's Food & Drug, Lesle's Pool, Swizzle Sticks and Ollie's Omelet House. The center was built in 1974 and remodeled in 2007.

Westwood was represented by Lee & Associates' Jan Fincham and Patrick Dempsey.
