White-Spunner Announces Publix Shopping Center Redevelopment

Mobile, Ala. — White-Spunner & Associates and an Alabama ownership group are redeveloping Hillwood Plaza Shopping Center in Mobile. The center will include a 45,600-square-foot Publix and 28,850 square feet of additional retail space. The project will begin this summer and will be completed summer 2013. Zito and Russell Architects and Rester & Coleman Engineers will also be parties to the development.
