UCR Urban to Lease Manhattan Village

UCR Urban is now leasing RREEF's Manhattan Village lifestyle center.Manhattan Beach, Calif. — Dallas-based UCR Urban has been awarded the leasing contract for Manhattan Village, a 558,397-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center in Manhattan Beach. The center is owned by RREEF and anchored by Apple, Macy's, White House Black Market, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Sephora and 16 restaurants. UCR Urban's Jack Breard, Rand Horowitz and Michael Nagy will head the leasing team for the property.
