the crossings donahue schriberCosta Mesa, Calif. — Donahue Schriber has acquired two California shopping centers, following the retail owner and developer’s $1.2 billion recapitalization last July. The Crossings at Paso Robles in California’s central coast is a 130,161-square-foot center anchored by Target. The Crossings was previously owned by Ellis Partners.

Mandalay Village Marketplace in Port Hueneme is a 193,964-square-foot center that is anchored by Ralphs and CVS Pharmacy and also includes Petco and Do It Best Hardware. Its seaside location is close to Port Hueneme and Point Mugu naval bases in Ventura County. Donahue Schriber says it plans to upgrade through repairs, paint and a new gathering area. The center was previously owned by Weston Communities.

Donahue Schriber is a private REIT that owns and/or operates a portfolio of 82 shopping centers.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
