Freestanding Bob Evans in SW Florida Sold for $545,000

Bob Evans SW Florida WebBonita Springs, Fla. – A 5,400-square-foot freestanding former Bob Evans restaurant in southwest Florida has been sold for $545,000. Equity Inc. Senior Vice President of Development and Brokerage Mike Concilla represented seller Bob Evans Farms. Artichoke and Company Catering purchased the building. The property, located near a Home Depot, sits on approximately 1.13 acres with street frontage on both Bonita Beach Boulevard and Saradrienne Lane.
