Colliers International Atlanta Names Rod Mullice National Director and SVP of TOD Group

Mullice will lead the firm’s platform of advisory services focused on transit-oriented development in the top 20 transit markets in the United States. Mullice joins Colliers International from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he was a managing director. The TOD group will offer strategic advisory and associated services to municipalities, transit systems, and developers and landlords. The group will target real estate opportunities within one-half mile of transit stations.
