Milford, Ohio – Milford Shoppes, built in 2008, is shadow-anchored by Meijer, Kohl's and Home Depot, and is fully occupied with triple-net leases in place.

Round Rock, Texas – The center is 98.6 percent occupied and anchored by national retailers that include Ross, PetSmart, Office Max and Party City.

Chesapeake, Va. and Matthews, N.C. – The transaction is expected to close by early 2015.
